Fourth Quarter exists because the line between the gym and everyday life shouldn't exist. What you wear to lift shouldn't stay in the gym bag — it should carry into the rest of your day, wherever that takes you. That's why we design for both: performance activewear built to move with you through your hardest sets, and lifestyle pieces made for everything after.

We started Fourth Quarter in Melbourne, built by people who train here, live here, and wanted activewear that actually reflected that — quality that holds up, fits that work for real bodies, and a look that doesn't feel like everyone else's gym fit.

The name says what we believe: it's not the first three quarters that define you, it's what you bring when it matters most. The final push. The extra set. The moment you show up anyway. That's the mindset behind everything we make.
